Let me describe this pup. Her nose is like a Milk Dud, her coat is of the finest cashmere.

I was talking with some buddies the other night, and I wondered aloud whether the whole cosmos was Christian. And if not, “Then what are the limits to God’s range?”

That blew their minds a little. Good thing we had wine around.

I also suggested that, since Christians believe that God shared his only son, would He later — at some critical juncture for civilization, and in an effort to help and understand our very flawed human world — send to Earth his only daughter.

In that case, watch out. For I seriously doubt she’ll be as kind and tolerant as her brother.

That got an uncomfortable laugh, the kind I specialize in more and more.

Look, the world is full of shams and scams, so we search hard for something meaningful. Like humor writing, for example.
